This is the first time iam buying clothes online, can you tell me how can i make my order? Its very easy, firstly choose the items you would like to purchase (click older post to view more of our collection), when you done just submit the order at the bottom of the page in the submission form by answering all the questions stated such as name, address, etc.
Where can i find the product code number? for in-stock products the code will be stated at the top title name of the products and for pre-order the code already stated together at the product's description (measurement)
How long it takes to receive my order after i make the payment? For in-stock products it takes 2-3 days and 5-7 days for the pre-order items after the pre-order time close.
Can you explain to me for Cash On Delivery (COD) system? We do COD only for certain areas stated below in submission form including the time and it is applicable for in-stock products only, however when the order is below RM 50 for COD we will charge RM 3 fee and free of charge
Can i make payment after the pre-order time close?We apologize that every order must make the payment before the pre-order time close as every order must be paid and submitted to the supplier beforehand. Customer who make late payment need to wait untill the next pre-order time close
How can i ensure that about your products quality? We surely believe customer will love every order that have made with us, not just saying 100% satisfaction guarantee,we also accept 100% return. IF your order has defects such as stain or torn, etc. we will refund your money back. But believe me this thing will never happened . WE always double check and inspect every items before send to our customer
I hate waiting , why don't you do in-stock order? We do understand and we apologize for all the trouble caused. Reason why we are able to keep our price in a low range is because of the pre-order system. Pre-order system will avoid out of stock orders and we are also able to import orders in bulk amount.
How can ensure that you will really ship my order? For our new customer that never buy online before, we understand the feeling of buying online at your own risk, therefore we allow customers to make 50% advance payment before the pre-order time end (note: No last minute cancellations of ANY clothes after order submitted to supplier otherwise cash will not be refunded)
