Return Policy

Daisyrosefashion operates based on high trust between us and our customers.
We take full responsibility to assure that your clothings are free from defects.


All our items are inspected before shipped out and on normal occasions, we do not accept returns.
But, on rare occasions, we do allow returns and the details such as below :-


-Wrong items has been sent to you.
- Defects on clothes which we might missed out (Kindly take a picture of the stain or defects and e-mail     to us(in one day right after you receive your dress!) for justifications)
- We will exchange and return a NEW piece for you if only we have extra stock in hand.
- To our regular customers (whom we have dealt with millions times, and have established high trust between 2 parties), we do allow exchanges (strictly no cash refund) due to high unsatisfaction on clothings purchased from us. (This is highly based on case by case basis and do email us at daisyrosefashion@gmail.com for more details)


>> Strictly no return or exchange due to the fact that customers dislike the items purchase.Description and measurement given in black and white. Please check before placing of an order.We would really appreciate that:)
>> Exchange of items must be done within 5 -7 days once returned item received.
>> Do take note that all returns are inspected upon receipt. Items must not have been worn, washed, altered and must have all originals tags attached and in original packaging. Items with snags, rips, make-up stains, odors (i.e. cigarette smoke) or other damages will result in the item being returned to you.
>> All returns request after >5 days of parcel delivery will not be approved.
>> All shipping charges for returns are to be borne by you.
>> All returns must be shipped back to Daisyrosefashion. Email us for address!
>> Strictly NO cash refund. Returned items are only exchangable with our current clothing at the SAME price paid for previous items. Top up is needed if the items is at a higher price.



* Do not ever try to create your own defects(we will able to inspect the defects) as we will strictly ask for full refund for the dress and exchange of item is not allowed, future purchase will not be entertain*
Customer who do not intend to buy please do not contact us for COD, 
This had happened few times where customer intentionally ask for COD but never turned up, tear the clothes or create their own defects due to their own reason!* Please be considerate.TQ*
